This past Saturday, the Raintree Condominium Association held its annual meeting at the gathering hall. A substantial number of residents were present to debate important matters facing the complex.
The meeting began with a short report from the board chairman, who highlighted some of the association's achievements over the past year.
Following the president's remarks, there was a session for inquires from residents. A few residents raised concerns regarding upkeep of the common areas. There was also a lengthy discussion about suggested changes to the garage regulations.
The meeting finished with the approval of the annual budget and the appointment of new members to the board of directors.
Raintree Residences Annual Election
Attention all residents of Raintree Condominiums! This announcement is to inform you that the annual election check here for the Raintree Condo Board will be held on November 10th. The voting period|will|take place from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Raintree Clubhouse. Residents are urged to cast their vote to choose the representatives who will serve on the Condo Board for the upcoming year.

Raintree HOA Landscaping Project Update
Residents of Raintree, we're excited to provide/sharing/giving you an update on the much-anticipated landscaping project! We have made/are making/will be making some great progress over the past few weeks. Our team has been hard at work/busy working/dedicated to the task of planting/laying down/installing new flowers, shrubs, and trees throughout the community.
The newly planted/recently installed/freshly landscaped areas are already looking/appearing/beginning beautiful, and we can't wait for you to see/enjoy/witness the full transformation once everything has had a chance to grow/mature/settle in.
We understand/recognize/appreciate that there may be some temporary inconvenience/disruption/change during construction. We are working hard to minimize/reduce/limit any impact on residents and will keep/are keeping/continue to keep you updated on our progress/throughout the project/every step of the way.
